The New Moon in April falls on Earth Day this year. To commemorate both, I was asked to contribute a video for a Shamanic Summit, which was an honor (and really fun!).

I was guided to share my practice of saying a meal prayer before my meals. In this video I share both an invocation, as well as recitation of an Ayurvedic Meal Prayer.
